JotForm claims to be the quickest and easiest way to build an online form. Users can build contact forms, job application forms, customer satisfaction surveys and many other forms in a matter of a few minutes. The forms can be customized to meet the user’s needs. The form builder begins with a large, empty canvas. The system works with a handy drag and drop design. The user selects the elements they want and drags them over to the blank form. After generating and posting the form online, the user will begin receiving responses via email each time someone fills out and submits the form. JotForm allows almost anyone to build a neat, organized form that looks professional without the need for extensive web design or programming knowledge to get it to function properly.Show more screenshots »
